By using/accessing the website, you accept the terms and conditions listed below or as may be revised from time to time (‘Terms’). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Website.

We will be making calls and sending SMS through a third-party platform (Servetel) to verify cash on delivery orders.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this User Agreement from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to look through them as often as possible.

DND- By registering your phone number on joyunkorea.com, you authorize us to override the National Do-Not-Disturb Registry (DND) i.e. - even if your registered phone number falls under DND list of National Consumer Preference Registry (NCPR/NDNC), you voluntarily allow us the authority to call and send notifications/messages to your registered mobile number.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Legalities

We are not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, we share no responsibility. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
